Reading Room

Our Reading Room is a combination bookstore and library. It is a quiet space where you can focus on finding solutions through prayer. This is one of the reasons for our presence in Manhattan Beach - to help people become more aware of God’s present help in their lives.

By sharing thousands of documented experiences of problems solved through the power of prayer—as published in numerous Christian Science periodicals—you will gain a better understanding of how various problems have turned into healings. Many of these books are available in our reading room.

In our Reading Room, you will also find The Christian Science Monitor, the Pulitzer-prize-winning daily newspaper, along with Bibles and Bible resource materials. Mary Baker Eddy’s ground breaking textbook on God, man and healing, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures”, is also available. All of these publications are all on hand to read or purchase.
